XIAO Jun

PhD, Sciences Economiques, Sociales et de Gestion, Théorie des organisations

Jun Xiao est Professeur Assistant dans le département de Stratégie et Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School, et membre de la Chaire de Bioéconomie et de Développement Soutenable. Elle a obtenu son doctorat en gestion de l'innovation à Rotterdam School of Management en 2021, et a été chercheur visitant à l'INSEAD, en France. La recherche de Jun se penche sur les façons dont les gens élaborent des stratégies, innovent et se coordonnent au sein de nouvelles structures organisationnelles, afin d’avancer les théories organisationnelles de management. Les recherches de Jun ont été présentées lors de conférences incluant la réunion annuelle de l’Academy of Management, EGOS et PROS.
