MISGANAW Bisrat

PhD, Management

Bisrat A. Misganaw est Professeur Assistant de Stratégie et d'Entrepreneuriat à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son doctorat en Innovation et Entrepreneuriat à la BI Norwegian Business School, à Oslo, en Norvège.  Ses recherches portent sur l'entrepreneuriat, en particulier sur les équipes entrepreneuriales, les Spin-off universitaires, et l'entrepreneuriat dans l'économie informelle. Il s'intéresse également aux institutions financières informelles dans les pays en voie de développement, au genre dans l'entrepreneuriat, et à la corruption. Il a présenté ses travaux lors de conférences académiques, notamment à l'European Academy of Management (EURAM), à l'Academy of Management (AoM) et à l'European International Business Academy (EIBA). Il est aussi réviseur ad hoc pour plusieurs conférences académiques. Bisrat donne des cours sur l'entrepreneuriat, l'innovation, et les entreprises durables au niveau du master et licence. Avant de rejoindre le monde universitaire, Bisrat a travaillé dans l’industrie bancaire en Ethiopie pendant environ quatre ans.
